VIRTUAL AUDITIONS 2025

Couldn’t attend the December camp? That’s okay! Virtual auditions are now open for RCR25! Virtual auditionees will be scored and receive written comments from current drum corps staff members.

RCR does not typically accept students based solely on the video audition. If you are not given a contract based on your video — but we believe you show promise — we will invite you to the next audition camp (January 17-19) to complete your audition in person. The fee to submit a video for review is $50.

THE PROCESS:

1. Register to start the process.

2. Submit your payment.

   In order to receive the audition materials, please send $50 in one of two ways:

   • Venmo - @rivercityrhythm

   • PayPal - payments@rivercityrhythm.org

     In either case, please be sure to label the payment as “RCR Video Audition - (your name)”

3. Review your material.

   After sending payment, you will receive an email from videos@rivercityrhythm.org that will contain your section’s audition materials. This will be different from the in-person audition material.

4. Create your video.

   Each packet will contain general video guidelines, upload instructions, and audition requirements.

5. Submit your video for review.

   When you are ready, you will email an unlisted YouTube video link directly to videos@rivercityrhythm.org.

6. Get feedback!
   Once you submit your video, you should receive feedback directly from a staff member within one week. Staff comments will include more information on your next steps.
