Emma Linser
EMMA LINSER hails from the small town of Baldwin, WI, where she was first introduced to the marching arts with the Baldwin-Woodville High School marching band and winter drumline. After eight seasons, she knew she wanted to continue performing, and headed to the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, where she was a member of the Blugold Marching Band - one of the largest marching bands in the nation. While at UWEC, she also earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies and minored in women’s, gender, and sexuality studies.
Beyond school-affiliated marching, Emma was also a member of the RCR Drum and Bugle Corps and the RCR Winter Drumline prior to aging out and joining the staff. While marching with RCR, she made many lifelong friendships, and she also met her husband, Ben. Emma is so excited to continue giving back to the organization that has given so much to her - this year as the returning administrative assistant for the winter drumline, as a new member of the drumline’s visual instruction team, and as the new brand manager for the organization.
Outside of RCR, Emma works for a generational wealth firm based in Edina, MN, as a client coordinator. In her free time, she likes to try new cafes and restaurants with her friends and husband, hang out with her cats, Jynx and Claire, while watching true crime documentaries, and bake anything and everything. She’s so excited to be back with RCR for another season and in a new role!
