ALL registrants will need to pre-purchase their audition packet, whether you are paying for camp ahead of time or at the door. We will not have additional audition packets on-site at the March camp.
The next camp weekend for the 2025 RCR season will be held March 15-16 at Waseca High School (1717 2nd St NW, Waseca, MN 56093). This is a brass only camp. Registration and unloading will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday. Camp begins at 12:00 PM and will conclude at 3:00 PM on Sunday.
Camp Registration
Please register in advance so we can prepare for your attendance. Registration will be open until the morning of camp! Be sure to include all applicable flight and travel information in the RSVP.
Camp fee is $75.

You may also pay by cash or check at the door. Please make checks payable to ‘River City Rhythm’.
If you are paying with Venmo or PayPal, please be sure to label the payment as “RCR March Camp - (your name)”
All meals will be provided by RCR, and they will include alternatives for those of you who noted any dietary restrictions.
TRANSPORTATION
Waseca is about 68 minutes south of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. RCR will provide transportation to and from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Waseca. Corps director Jordon Pinchback will be reaching out to registrants who indicate they need a ride about 14 days ahead of the camp to get flight details.
If you would like to utilize the corps’ transportation services, all flight information must be submitted by Sunday, March 9th. A $20 fee will be charged to those who submit their flight information late. We cannot guarantee the availability of transportation for registrants who send flight information after Sunday, March 9th.
What to Bring
- Audition Packet (packets must be purchased ahead of time)
- Your instrument if you were planning on bringing it
- Comfortable clothing for marching/movement
- Sleeping gear for a night in a gym (sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc - cots are not allowed)
- Showering gear
- Additional music/materials, binders, etc
