Brett McLellan

BRETT MCLELLAN is a percussionist originally from Green Bay, WI who went to college at UW-Eau Claire for Music Education. Currently, he lives in Minnesota working with the City of Chanhassen Utility Department as a water treatment plant operator and utility locator. 

He has previously had the privilege of performing with Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corp and Music City Mystique. Since then he has taught with RCR Drum Bugle Corps and RCR Indoor Drumline as frontline coordinator. Also has taught Colts Drum and Bugle Corps as a frontline tech. After taking a brief hiatus to purchase a home (crazy in this economy) he is excited to return to RCR indoor drumline as a frontline instructor. Brett’s specialty is helping out auxiliary percussion and electronics players (Synths). 

In his off time, Brett McLellan is a Zamboni Driver and Maintenance Technician at Chaska Community Center where he spends his nights driving, fixing, and repairing Zamboni machines. He also spends his time woodworking/crafting/3D Printing and building various projects in his garage with a success rate of at least 60% of them working every time.
